Now in its 29th year, the annual AICC Australian Property Outlook moves beyond the traditional housing debate to explore the projects, innovations, and emerging models redefining the future of living in Australia.
Australia’s living sector is entering a period of profound
transformation. Now in its 29th year, the AICC Australian Property Outlook
moves beyond the traditional housing debate to examine the projects,
innovations and emerging delivery models reshaping the future of Australian
housing.
As population growth, affordability pressures, changing demographics and evolving consumer expectations redefine the market, the industry is being challenged to rethink not only what is built, but how homes are designed, manufactured, financed and delivered.
From landmark residential towers and master-planned communities to Build-to-Rent, retirement living, mixed-use precincts and industrialised construction, the program will explore how technology, advanced manufacturing and new development models are improving productivity, sustainability and the quality of residential outcomes.
Featuring many of Australia’s most significant residential projects and the developers, investors and industry leaders behind them, this year’s event will provide practical insights into the ideas and innovations shaping what great Australian living could look like by 2030.
